Nancy Snyder, M.S., R.D.

Culinary Dietitian | Research Nancy has a master’s degree in nutritional science from San Diego State University, where she also completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD). She is also a registered dietitian, and completed her dietetic internship through Utah State University. As culinary dietitian, Nancy works with restaurants and food manufacturers to execute nutrition analysis for menu items to help educate and promote healthier options to diners.

Nancy is a frequent contributor to the company’s online nutrition blog, Restaurant Nutrition, and Nation’s Restaurant News. She is also a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the San Diego Dietetic Association.
