Bristy Zimmerman

Nutrition Assistant 
Bristy Zimmerman has nearly a decade of experience in the food service industry. From a young age, she worked in restaurants. Now in her role as a nutrition assistant for Healthy Dining, Bristy assists the dietitians with various projects, from nutrient analysis to database organization.    
 
A member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, she has a bachelor’s degree in nutritional science from San Diego State University, where she also successfully completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD).
 
Bristy enjoys spending time with family and friends, meeting new people, being outdoors, and of course, cooking! She loves to show others that “healthy” and “delicious” can go hand-in-hand, which is why she’s always looking forward to the next potluck.
