- 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 Mango, Cut into Chunks
- 1/2 Cup Strawberries
- 1/4 Cup Pecans
- 1/4 Cup Carrots
- In a large bowl, mix dried cranberries, mango, strawberries, pecans and carrots.
- Stir in your favorite fat-free citrus dressing, then add baby spinach into bowl. Toss well.
