Sodium Savvy



Healthy Dining's team of registered dietitians has developed the Sodium Savvy program to make it easier for you to find menu choices that are lower in sodium at your favorite restaurants nationwide. To be included, a menu item must meet the following requirements:

Entrée: 750 mg of sodium or less
Appetizer, Side Dish, or Dessert: 250 mg of sodium or less

Menu items that meet the above criteria are identified as Sodium Savvy on the restaurant's "Healthy Dining Choices" page. To easily access a list of only the restaurants Sodium Savvy items, click on the Sodium Savvy tab for any restaurant that offers Sodium Savvy choices.
