Blaire, one of our food-loving culinary dietitians here at Healthy Dining, agreed to share her holiday party go-to recipe. This Light Smoked Salmon Dip recipe may seem like a high-calorie treat, but it’s actually low in calories and fat and packed with protein and flavor.

Light Smoked Salmon Dip
Serving Size: 4 Tbsp
4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
8 ounces light cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon capers, rinsed and finely chopped
3 teaspoons fresh dill, finely chopped
3 teaspoons fresh chives, thinly sliced
¼ teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Nutrition Information Per Serving:
In a medium sized bowl, or a mixer fitted with a paddle, cream the cream cheese and yogurt together until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until incorporated. Garnish with a chive or dill garnish. Serve with your favorite crackers, bread, or crudité.
