If fresh, wholesome food enjoyed with friends and family is your favorite way to eat, Zoës Kitchen is the restaurant for you.  With over 190 locations across 20 states, Zoës Kitchen is “born in the Mediterranean and raised in the South… a natural extension of (founder) Zoë Cassimus’ lifetime of cooking for family and entertaining friends.”  The menu features real food, prepared from scratch using family recipes and without fryers or microwaves.  Mediterranean-inspired dishes draw loyal guests with the rich flavors of the sun-soaked Mediterranean and the warm hospitality of the South makes everyone feel like family.

There’s something on the Zoës Kitchen menu for everyone, whether you’re on a Mediterranean diet or not.  Guests can find gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes as well as dietitian-recommended Healthy Dining menu choices like these:

Quinoa Salad
Fruits, vegetables and whole grains are cornerstones of the Mediterranean diet.  This salad blends the nutty and protein-packed goodness of quinoa with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, broccoli, green onion and lemon vinaigrette.  Topped with feta and Kalamata olives then served over a bed of greens with a side of pita bread, this meal makes a good choice for lunch or a lighter dinner.

Greek Chicken Pita and Fresh Fruit Side
This classic Mediterranean choice features grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions and feta cheese in a whole wheat pita.  The combination of whole grains, veggies and lean protein (especially when paired with the suggested fresh fruit side) makes a complete and healthy meal any day of the week.

Salmon Kabobs
With deep ties to the sea, it’s no surprise that seafood is also a key component of the Mediterranean Diet.  These two salmon kabobs deliver on that tradition with a wealth of flavor.  The meal includes zucchini, hummus, cucumber raita, a side Greek salad and pita bread.  To keep this a dietitian-recommended pick, request no lemon oil on kabobs.  For the side salad, request no feta cheese and Zoës dressing on the side; each tablespoon will add 90 calories, 10 g fat, and 75 mg sodium to your meal.

Spinach Rollups and Fresh Fruit Side
These veggie-packed roll-ups are anything but boring! Tortillas are stuffed with spinach, mozzarella, fresh mushrooms, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, scallions, and dipping salsa for iron, fiber and flavor. Healthy Dining's dietitians recommend fresh fruit as your choice of one side to make this a Healthy Dining choice.

Kids LiveWell Grilled Chicken Fingers
It’s not just grown-ups who get to eat well at Zoës Kitchen!  These chicken fingers are fresh and flavorful without the breading or frying!  This Kids LiveWell choice includes baked chips, an orange wedge, and apple juice for a complete meal parents and kids can love.

Kids' Salmon Kabob with Kids' Hummus and Cucumbers
Kids that enjoy fresh fish choices will love the Kids' salmon kabob at Zoës Kitchen. This meal includes kids' hummus and cucumbers as the choice of side, an orange wedge and 100% apple juice as the choice of beverage.
