If you’re trying to manage your weight, especially after previous successful weight loss, you know that it can be a delicate balancing act.  Healthy eating is a combination of getting high-quality foods as well as eating enough (calories, fat, carbohydrates, etc.) but not too much.  Part of a healthy lifestyle is also finding balance when it comes to exercise: getting the recommended amount and mix of strength and cardio without getting bored or overdoing it.  So what happens when you find your groove, get the weight maintenance down and then start gaining weight again?  It happens and it can be frustrating.
