Granted, not all kids are fans of fish, but one way to get kids to eat fish is to serve it in tortillas.  A warm whole wheat or corn tortilla loaded with seasoned and grilled mild fish is then topped with diced mango, fresh cabbage and a hint of lime and cilantro – sure to be a hit with kids.  Round out the meal by serving with fresh grapes on the side and a frozen banana avocado smoothie, and you’ll have a winning lunch or dinner.
