Salmon Roll

Special Request
Seared salmon with avocado, carrots, tofu, cucumbers and sushi rice, wrapped in seaweed and sliced. Finished with soy glaze, sesame seeds and served with wasabi, pickled ginger and soy sauce for dipping. Request the salmon roll without tempura.

Side Garden Salad, No Dressing

Iceberg, romaine and green leaf lettuces with carrots, red cabbage, tomato and herb toasted croutons. Analysis does not include choice of dressing.

Side Citrus Salad

Mix of chopped iceberg, green leaf and romaine lettuce with carrots and red cabbage. Tossed with avocado, green apples, green onions, gorgonzola cheese crumbles, dried cranberries and Mandarin oranges. Request caramelized walnuts and honey citrus dressing on the side; not included in analysis. (1 Tbs. Citrus Dressing = 40 calories, 2 g fat, and 100 mg sodium).

Side Iceberg Wedge Salad, No Dressing

Refreshing crisp wedge of iceberg lettuce with 1000 island or bleu cheese dressing, crisp bacon, diced tomatoes and chopped eggs. Analysis does not include choice of dressing.

Pacific Crab & Shrimp Louie Salad

Special Request
Sweet crabmeat and poached shrimp with layers of fresh mango, grilled pineapple, avocados, marinated cucumbers, diced tomatoes, chopped eggs, black olives and chopped parsley arranged over tender Boston bibb lettuce, arugula and watercress. Request Louie Dressing on the side; not included in analysis (1 Tbs. = 50 calories, 4 g fat, and 150 mg sodium).

French Dip & Garden Side Salad

Seasoned roast beef, sliced and piled high on a grilled French roll. Served with au jus. Paired with a Garden Side Salad. Analysis does not include choice of salad dressing served on the side.

Macau Shrimp and Rice Noodle Soup

Made to order with rice noodles is a favorite from Macau. Wok-fired with baby bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, sweet onions, scallions, red and green peppers.

Lite: Fire Grilled Lemon Garlic Chicken Breast

Topped with oven roasted tomatoes and basil pesto. Served with a fresh blend of steamed vegetables, brown rice and grilled lemon.

Individual Portion Vegetable Fried Brown Rice

Pacific rim vegetables and brown rice wok-fired in our sweet and sour sauce.

Homemade Veggie Burger

Tasteful vegetarian combination of oats, brown rice and vegetables, basted with a honey bbq sauce. Served on a toasted whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomatoes and accompanied with organic field greens tossed with balsamic mustard vinaigrette.
