Everything we do at Au Bon Pain is beyond the ordinary. It shows in our food, where internationally renowned Executive Chef Thomas John has created a menu full of delightful flavors and taste combinations. It shows in our commitment to provide healthy and nutritious options for our guests including low sodium, low calorie, and vegetarian items.

Au Bon Pain was one of the first brands to completely eliminate trans fat from all of our items, and to sign on to the National Salt Reduction Initiative. We provide calorie counts on our menus and nutrition kiosks in our cafés, to help you make dietary choices that suit your lifestyle. To ensure that you receive only the freshest ingredients, we chop and prepare our produce, and bake our bagels, muffins, pastries, breads, and famous chocolate croissants each day, right in our cafés.

Plump, brown lentils are simmered in a tomato vegetarian broth with onions, carrots, ground peppers, curry powder and long grain rice.

Chicken and Vegetable Stew (Small)

Pearl onions, russet potatoes, carrots, celery and shitake mushrooms are simmered in a burgundy scented broth with tender morsels of chicken, petite peas and sweet cream.
