Annapurna's World Vegetarian Café, currently operating at 2201 Silver SE, Albuquerque and at 905 West Alameda, Santa Fe, New Mexico, serves organic vegetarian and vegan food prepared from scratch according to Ayurvedic principles. Annapurna's also offers a cooking school to support, educate and motivate customers, and a vegan and gluten-free bakery to accommodate people with food allergies. We are an independent, woman-owned small business operating for the express purpose of providing a healing cuisine.

Quinoa and Roasted Vegetable Salad

A garden of roasted vegetables: zucchini, eggplant, marinated artichoke hearts, red peppers, and fresh spinach gently tossed into a warm savory quinoa and sprinkled with fresh feta cheese. *Remember to request no added salt. Request dressing on the side, not included in analysis.

Chapati Roll

Hand-rolled flat bread filled with chipotle marinated tofu and your choice of a daily vegetable. Served with sweet date and tamarind chutney and spice coconut chutney. Analysis includes Bhaji vegetable.

Avocado Sandwich

Special Request
Fresh avocado, tempeh bacon, lettuce and tomato with cilantro lime spread on house focaccia. Request cilantro lime spread on the side; not included in analysis (1 Tbs.= 90 calories, 9 g fat).

Shepard's Pie

Lentils, carrots, celery, and zucchini smothered in a sweet potato topping and baked until golden. Served with a side salad (included in analysis).

Veggie Burger

The perfect blend of lentils, potatoes, brown rice, carrots, and spices come together and make a super nutritious and delicious patty in between a fluffy vegan and gluten-free bun, with tomatoes and crisp lettuce. Analysis includes side salad. Request dressing on the side, not included in analysis. Served with your choice of soup or fries, not included in analysis. Request chipotle spread on the side, not included in analysis.

Malaysian Stir Fry

Rice noodles, vegetables, tofu, slightly fiery spices and Braggs. Analysis for one bowl.

Kitchari

Our famous tri-doshic kitchari is healing and very easy to digest. A wholesome blend of basmati rice, yellow split mung beans, vegetables, greens and the perfect blend of spices. Analysis does not include condiments.

Breakfast Quinoa

An ancient grain super food with a medley of dried fruits, shredded coconut, savory spices, and stewed to perfection with your choice of organic whole milk, organic soy, or organic rice milk which can be sweetened with agave nectar upon request. Analysis includes soy milk. Analysis does not include agave nectar. *Remember to request no added salt.
